Perched on a Bellevue hillside, the low profile of the structure spreads and steps across the site to capture commanding views of the lake, city and mountains. Finishes and details are clean and spare—fiber-cement and cedar siding with concrete accent walls, concrete and oak floors, aluminum windows, stainless steel accents—owing to a very strict and modest budget.
