COOP 15 began in 1992 as Lane Williams Architects. Jill Lewis joined the firm in 1997 and became a Principal in 2004. The firm opened a new studio at 15 McGraw Street on top of Queen Anne Hill in 2006.

Lane Williams, AIA , received his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Washington in 1984. Lane’s work has received more than a dozen design awards from the Seattle Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and can be regularly found in regional and national publications.

Jill Lewis, AIA , received her first professional degree from Washington State University. She followed with a Master of Architecture degree from Syracuse University at their campus in Florence, Italy, and remained to work for internationally acclaimed architect Massimo Carmassi. Jill’s latest works have been published in Seattle Homes & Lifestyles and Remodeling Trends. Jill is currently on sabbatical in Hong Kong!

Our team includes project managers Zeke Busch, Steve Click, and Trevor Dykstra.

Custom home design is the exclusive focus of COOP 15. Works include waterfront homes on Puget Sound, Lake Washington, Lake Sammamish, and Vashon Island; rural retreats in Sequim, Preston, and Salem, Oregon; new homes in Seattle, Yarrow Point, and Portland; major remodels in Mercer Island, Seattle, Bellevue, Olympia, and Austin, Texas.
