COOP 15 began in 1992 as Lane Williams Architects. Our studio name refers to our "coop" (a.k.a. studio), originally located at 15 McGraw Street in Seattle. We are a team of architects devoted to the design of custom, single-family residences. Projects range from new homes and remodels in the greater Seattle area to vacation retreats in the San Juan Islands and Central Washington, plus works in Oregon and California. Our designs have been featured in Metropolitan Home, Trends, Fine Homebuilding, Sunset, Residential Architect, and many regional publications. In 2010, we moved to our new studio at 2214 Queen Anne Avenue North, adjacent to shops and restaurants on top of Seattle's Queen Anne Hill.
