Founding principal Lane Williams, AIA, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and communications and his Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Washington (1984). Lane has designed 200 residential projects and received 20 awards for home design, including three Seattle Times/AIA Home of the Year Awards plus nine additional nominations. His works have been featured in Metropolitan Home, Trends, Fine Homebuilding, Sunset, Residential Architect, and many regional publications.

Lane takes the design lead of each project, assisted by project managers Marlo Brown, AIA, Trevor Dykstra and Kellen White. Each of them is a registered architect in the State of Washington. Marlo has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Smith College and a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University. Trevor has a BS in Environmental Design and Master of Architecture Degree from Montana State University (2005). Kellen is a graduate of the University of Washington (2005), with a Master of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology (2010).
