NEW HOME

Mad Valley

Located in the residential Madison Valley neighborhood this modern Seattle residence sits on a very challenging steep slope site. The stacking, offset volumes create a series of outdoor living spaces at each level, with distinctive siding treatments at each volume. Inside, a board-formed concrete wall extends to all five floor levels, providing a solid central structure. A top floor roof deck, accessed by an exterior steel stair, enjoys neighborhood and mountain views, and creates a gathering place for friends.
