Somerset

Perched on a Bellevue hillside, the very modern, low profile of the structure spreads and steps across the site to capture commanding views of Lake Washington, Bellevue and Seattle skylines, and Olympic Mountains. Finishes and details are clean and spare, with fiber–cement and cedar siding, concrete accent walls, concrete and oak floors, and aluminum windows.
